About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, drive, and execute high-profile intern and full-time early career talent programs in Singapore across research, trading, and technology.
- Partner with technical and business leads to understand skill needs and route campus talent to high-impact areas.
- Develop creative educational programming and development initiatives aligned with local culture and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the global Early Careers ecosystem to align on program structure, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
- Manage interns and full-time campus hires during onboarding, including setting goals, conducting 1:1s, and providing coaching.
- Oversee operational tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, vendor management, and communication campaigns.
- Propose and pilot new solutions to iterate on the Early Career lifecycle and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent/Learning Development, Campus Recruitment, or an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience working specifically with campus and early career talent.
- Experience within financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills with the ability to build consensus with senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in either people management or complex project management.
- Proficiency in data management and documentation, with experience using systems like Workday or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, flat organizational structure.
