About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, drive, and execute high-profile intern and full-time early career talent programs in Singapore across research, trading, and technology.
  • Partner with technical and business leads to understand skill needs and route campus talent to high-impact areas.
  • Develop creative educational programming and development initiatives aligned with local culture and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the global Early Careers ecosystem to align on program structure, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
  • Manage interns and full-time campus hires during onboarding, including setting goals, conducting 1:1s, and providing coaching.
  • Oversee operational tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, vendor management, and communication campaigns.
  • Propose and pilot new solutions to iterate on the Early Career lifecycle and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent/Learning Development, Campus Recruitment, or an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience working specifically with campus and early career talent.
  • Experience within financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills with the ability to build consensus with senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in either people management or complex project management.
  • Proficiency in data management and documentation, with experience using systems like Workday or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, flat organizational structure.
