Early Career Programs Development Trainee (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Shape program development by contributing to the global harmonization of Graduate and PhD Excellence programs
• Analyze program metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions
• Co-create learning experiences by supporting the design and implementation of training offerings
• Support the preparation and coordination of global events, workshops, and training sessions
• Strengthen program visibility through communication and marketing topics, including social media formats
• Collaborate with a global team and stakeholders across different regions and functions
• Create high-quality program materials, process descriptions, and engaging PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Event Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create visually appealing presentations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, program development, or training
• A strong curiosity to explore various areas within Human Resources
