About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape program development by contributing to the global harmonization of Graduate and PhD Excellence programs
- Analyze program metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions
- Co-create learning experiences by supporting the design and implementation of training offerings
- Support the preparation and coordination of global events, workshops, and training sessions
- Strengthen program visibility through communication and marketing topics, including social media formats
- Collaborate with a global team and stakeholders across different regions and functions
- Create high-quality program materials, process descriptions, and engaging PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Event Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create visually appealing presentations
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, program development, or training
- A strong curiosity to explore various areas within Human Resources
