About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a mentorship-driven early career program across Investment Sales, Debt/Equity, Agency Lending, Loan Servicing, or Corporate Services
- Underwrite and analyze commercial real estate assets, prepare investment reports, and coordinate closings
- Conduct financial statement analysis, market research, and property surveillance to support portfolio management
- Assist with loan structuring, pricing negotiations, due diligence, and compliance reporting
- Support marketing, client communication, and business development activities as assigned
