Early Career Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to win business share and drive profitable growth by analyzing market trends and competitor products
• Promote company product solutions to customers and communicate technical requirements to R&D personnel
• Follow up on new project verifications, create project plans, and ensure smooth transitions to mass production
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve technical, delivery, and quality issues
• Conduct regular customer visits and participate in business negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field such as marketing
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and influencing skills
• Proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn
• Proven problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
