Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior engineers to design, build, and maintain backend systems
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and performance improvements
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with product and design teams to bring ideas from concept to production
• Learn new tools and technologies and grow into greater ownership

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Solid programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with at least one backend language (Go, Python, Node, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and a desire to understand complex systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in startups, AI, or logistics
