EA Hub Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage key external stakeholders and ensure all contractual obligations are tracked and fulfilled
• Oversee Operation and Maintenance Agreements (OMA) and ensure delivery of contract obligations as a Service Provider
• Act as the primary lead for external stakeholder engagement and joint-venture partner reporting
• Lead and develop a dedicated team to meet operational, financial, and non-financial obligations
• Manage the UK O&M Hub reporting framework and prepare executive reporting packs
• Oversee strategic resource planning, including FTE analysis and budget development support
• Maintain a watching brief of competitor activities and market developments to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Degree level qualification
• Previous experience working within the offshore wind sector, specifically regarding construction and operational phases
• Strong understanding of financial, commercial, and business principles and risk mitigation
• Significant experience in managing and developing complex stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence Senior Management and Directors
• Proficiency in MS Office systems and general IT literacy
• Fluency in English
