EA ERP Finance and PPM-Fusion Finance - Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
• Perform maintenance and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and participate in design reviews
• Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion Financial modules and design module-specific solutions
• Manage solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, and training sessions
• Assist business users during SIT and UAT phases
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, including functional specifications, test scripts, and test cases
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and conduct user training

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials (E-Business Suite)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Proven track record of at least 3 full life cycle implementations, with at least one involving Fusion Financials
• Experience in solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving technical solutions
• Strong experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution
• Educational background: CA, CWA, or MBA in Finance
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Project Accounting and Supply Chain modules
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role
• Proficiency in handling integrations and data conversion activities
