EA-18G Mission Systems Integration and Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team in the development, integration, and testing of EA-18G Mission Systems, including electronic warfare and communication components
• Ensure the team delivers safe, high-quality program products within cost and schedule constraints
• Provide technical, programmatic, and process leadership to team members
• Coordinate with program management, suppliers, customers, and other internal Boeing teams
• Monitor team and supplier performance to ensure proper system integration and compliance with requirements
• Support production and the USN fleet with issue resolution for delivered hardware and software throughout the product life cycle
• Perform managerial HR functions, including leading, developing, and motivating employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 9+ years of work-related experience (or 7+ years with a Master's, or 4+ years with a PhD)
• 7+ years of technical or engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 2+ years of experience in avionics, electrical, and/or Mission Systems
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Engineering experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or on the F-18 program
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Working knowledge of Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Jama Connect
• Active Top-Secret Security Clearance
