E2E Solutions Design IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale payment solutions.
• Develop and document detailed solution designs (SDS) and provide subject matter expertise throughout the software development life cycle.
• Perform hands-on application design and development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standards compliance, reusability, and ease of maintenance.
• Propose solution options and generate stakeholder support for technical directions.
• Mentor and coach team members on software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure designs leverage reusable components and adhere to enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Support L3 production troubleshooting and operational readiness reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in J2EE/Java development.
• 10+ years of experience with Spring frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security/OAuth/LDAP).
• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) system design, including microservices, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
• 7+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and handling bulk volume transactions.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or DB2, including modeling and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with Kafka and MQ.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Waterfall and SDLC/PMLC processes.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Familiarity with SOAP protocols.
