About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of technical accountability for customers across Core Network and Cloud Infrastructure domains
- Maintain full visibility of service stability, operational risks, and mitigation plans across Core and Cloud environments
- Lead technical command during critical incidents, major escalations, and network crises, coordinating SMEs and operations teams
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure the implementation of permanent corrective actions
- Govern software lifecycle compliance, upgrade programs, and EOM/EOS risk management
- Lead weekly service reviews, monthly operational reviews, and executive governance meetings
- Oversee the operational health of cloud-native platforms, including Kubernetes, CNIS, and CCD/CEE
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Telecom Core Network, Cloud, or Support domains
- Deep technical knowledge of 5G Core (AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, UDM, CHF, SCP) and 4G EPC (MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, HSS)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, CNFs, and VNFs
- Proven experience in crisis management and decisive leadership under pressure
- Strong executive-level engagement skills with the ability to build trust with Tier-1 operators
- Strong understanding of SLAs and the business impact of telecom network performance
