E190 Training and Checking Captain

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training and checking for the E190 fleet
• Shape safety culture and support the pilot group
• Ensure high standards of training and operational excellence
• Perform roles including Training Captain, Check Captain, or Simulator Instructor

Requirements

• ERJ170/190 type rating and Command experience on type
• Minimum 4000 hours total flying experience
• Previous experience in training or checking on multi-crew transport category jet aircraft
• Australian ATPL (A)
• Current CASA Class 1 Medical
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6 on CASA Licence
• Ability to pass Qantas pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests
• Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Current passport with unrestricted access to Qantas ports of call
• Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia/New Zealand
