Responsibilities

• Coach the ITSFI Director and Management Team on Lean-Agile leadership and decision rights
• Advise the Value Management Office (VMO) on Lean Portfolio Management, including Strategic Themes, Vision, Roadmap, and Epic prioritization
• Serve as the primary SPC-level coach for RTEs, Product Managers, POs, Scrum Masters, and Architects
• Facilitate PI Planning preparation, execution, and ART events such as Sync, Demo, and Inspect & Adapt
• Support teams in using Azure DevOps to manage work, improve visibility, and track progress
• Coach the interpretation of SAFe Kanban flow metrics as learning signals
• Act as a liaison between the Finance Portfolio and the broader ITS Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is required
• 5–10 years of direct SAFe experience at scale
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps at Team and ART levels
• Fluency in SAFe Kanban systems and flow metrics
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SPC (ASPC) or SPC Trainer (SPCT) certification
• Experience in a financial institution
• Additional certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM), or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
