Responsibilities

• Oversee and engineer Windows endpoint management solutions to ensure reliable access to workplace technologies.
• Design, plan, and implement Windows Endpoint Management systems including Intune, SCCM, and device provisioning.
• Develop automated solutions for OEM device driver management and manage operating system upgrades across virtual desktop environments (Citrix, Azure, Windows 365).
• Drive service improvements by identifying systemic issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Manage vulnerability management processes and oversee their implementation.
• Act as a technical authority for endpoint management operations for both physical and virtual machines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to develop capabilities and sustain operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Endpoint management experience.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Proficiency with Intune and SCCM.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud offerings and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Proficiency with SQL Reporting and PowerBI dashboards.
• Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory and GPOs.
