About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ITS-wide employee engagement strategies, including recognition initiatives, listening campaigns, and staff forums.
- Develop and execute a structured internal communications strategy, including leadership messages, newsletters, and townhall materials.
- Lead the communication and engagement components of organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and management teams to provide advisory support on engagement and communication strategies.
- Design mechanisms to gather employee feedback through surveys and listening sessions, and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards to track engagement metrics and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or agile culture transformation.
- Experience working within organizational change and transformation environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SharePoint site design and management.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
