e-Powertrain Product & Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support product development in engine, transmission, driveline, and e-powertrain systems (BEV/HEV/PHEV)
• Prepare and execute test plans, including procedure definition and coordination of bench/vehicle tests
• Collect and analyze data, perform basic instrumentation, and prepare technical reports
• Perform first-level fault triage and problem solving during validation (preliminary root cause and containment actions)
• Align with vehicle architecture, manufacturing processes, and client quality standards
• Manage technical documentation and deliverables

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Solid knowledge of vehicle architecture and typical manufacturing and quality processes
• Understanding of test procedure development and execution, including data acquisition and instrumentation
• Ability to perform fault triage and analysis during testing
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with INCA, CANalyzer, oscilloscopes, high-voltage measurement probes, and associated cabling
