E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review e-learning modules for accuracy and alignment with learning objectives
• Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on the learner experience
• Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in e-learning content
• Work alongside instructional designers to improve content based on testing and feedback
• Perform compatibility checks across various devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS)
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols for e-learning development
• Offer training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and quality assurance methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing within the e-learning or digital education sector
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with user experience (UX) testing is an advantage
