E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze e-learning content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives
• Conduct thorough usability testing to ensure intuitive learner interactions
• Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with instructional designers to refine course content
• Perform compatibility testing across multiple devices, browsers, and LMS
• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and testing protocols
• Provide training and support to team members on QA processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA and testing of e-learning products
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
• Experience with LMS and SCORM/AICC compliance
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with usability testing and UX design is a plus
