E-Learning Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the technical department in managing subsidized training plans
• Tutor and follow up with online training students using digital tools
• Configure and manage courses on the Moodle platform
• Support online tutors and resolve first-level technical incidents
• Dynamize courses to ensure an enriching training experience
• Perform administrative tasks including report preparation, diplomas, and monthly training closures

Requirements

• Degree in Social Sciences (Pedagogy, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing online training platforms (Moodle)
• Experience in content design
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to commute daily to Pozuelo de Alarcón
