E-Learning Manager

Responsibilities

• Conceive and create online courses tailored to various target groups
• Act as the central point of contact for e-learning topics and manage internal projects
• Coordinate with specialist departments to align learning objectives
• Prepare learning paths in close collaboration with the LMS team
• Manage the internal production, maintenance, and success monitoring of e-learning content
• Advise and support international markets (DACH, Italy, Iberia) with content implementation in the LMS

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, Media Sciences, or a related field
• Practical experience in a comparable role, specifically in designing e-learning content
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia, or Storyline
• Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for digital systems and programs
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented work style with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
