E-learning Content & Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Design interactive e-learning resources using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Update existing e-learning modules, visual content, and pedagogical methods
• Adapt and update pedagogical supports for in-person training (slides, guides, exercises)
• Ensure pedagogical consistency and content quality across all formats
• Configure modules, learning paths, and on-demand offerings within the Bealink platform
• Publish and organize both e-learning and in-person training sessions
• Manage learning paths and ensure data quality through reporting and tracking
• Support international internal teams on platform usage and operational needs
• Coordinate with digital teams to resolve technical malfunctions and implement rapid modifications

Requirements

• Mastery of Articulate Storyline and Rise for e-learning creation
• Proven experience in LMS/LXP platform administration (Bealink preferred)
• Perfect command of written and spoken French
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of digital and in-person pedagogy
• Experience in multimedia content management (images, video, quizzes)
• Experience in managing multimedia training content (blended learning, virtual classes, etc.)
• Ability to work in a high-growth international environment
