E-Learning and Instructional Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital learning modules using Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360
• Build responsive modules, assessments, simulations, and knowledge checks
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, adult learning principles, and microlearning
• Transform complex technical documentation into structured, learner-centered experiences
• Create storyboards, learning blueprints, scripts, and learning activities
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate content accuracy
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to enhance content drafting, storyboarding, and visual ideation
• Ensure all deliverables meet SCORM packaging and LMS-ready standards
• Perform quality assurance to ensure content accuracy, grammar, and accessibility compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
• Advanced expertise in Articulate 360
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SCORM standards
• Full professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI Diploma (E-learning Track)
• Fluency in French
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and UX principles
• Experience with MS Access for data management
