About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and execute joint business plans (JBP) and negotiate commercial terms with key platforms like Shopee.
- Manage storefront operations for Shopee and MOMO, including campaign calendars, merchandising, and promotions.
- Deliver monthly sell-in/sell-out reconciliations and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Monitor key performance metrics such as PV/UV/CR, basket metrics, and ROI to drive commercial insights.
- Translate data insights into actionable pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to maximize sales.
- Lead forecasting and stock follow-up in close collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, specifically with platform partnerships and JBP execution.
- Deep expertise in e-commerce platform operations, particularly Shopee and MOMO.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive commercial insights from complex metrics.
- Experience in trade and campaign activation, including planning and executing within tight timelines.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, supply chain, and digital departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (working proficiency).
