E&I Mechanical Completion Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Fabrication Mechanical Completion (MC) activities and coordination for E&I disciplines
• Prepare and manage MC documentation, including Inspection Test Reports (ITR), manuals, and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor mechanical completion activities
• Prepare MC test pack documentation and ensure the accuracy of the completions management system database
• Verify that ITR/Check sheets are coherent with identified items and technical specifications
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and MC walkdowns
• Interface with Construction, Fabrication, Procurement, Engineering, and Commissioning teams
• Ensure conformity of technical documentation from Head Office and Client with yard production drawings
• Supervise inspection, checking, and testing to ensure fabrication quality meets design standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Mechanical Completion coordination within E&I disciplines
• Strong expertise in documentation management and technical verification
• Experience in subcontractor supervision and coordination
• Proficiency in implementing ITP (Inspection Test Plans) and ITR (Inspection Test Reports)
• Ability to work onsite in Indonesia
