E & I Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and instrumentation systems
• Maintain and monitor cathodic protection (CP) systems to ensure pipeline and asset integrity
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for E&I systems
• Inspect, test, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as transmitters, control valves, and analyzers
• Maintain electrical systems including motors, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and power distribution systems
• Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and work orders
• Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, and vendors

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and instrumentation
• Proven expertise in cathodic protection systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in plant and pipeline environments
• Experience with CP system design, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PM experience
