About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of online campaigns on LG.com, including coupons, bundles, and platform-specific promotions.
- Create and maintain product listings, manage product segmentation, and maintain accurate pricing structures.
- Monitor inventory availability, coordinate stock allocation, and manage replenishment and pre-order configurations.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, and support demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and issue resolution.
- Support livestreaming and e-promoter promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience specifically within a brand.com environment.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
