About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of online campaigns on LG.com, including coupons, bundles, and platform-specific promotions.
  • Create and maintain product listings, manage product segmentation, and maintain accurate pricing structures.
  • Monitor inventory availability, coordinate stock allocation, and manage replenishment and pre-order configurations.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, and support demand forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and issue resolution.
  • Support livestreaming and e-promoter promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of e-commerce experience specifically within a brand.com environment.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
