E-commerce Order Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily flow of orders from multiple e-commerce channels
• Ensure orders are transmitted through eComm and warehouse systems accurately within SLA
• Track orders throughout the fulfillment process and ensure tracking information is returned to Shopify
• Resolve order issues by collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and eCommerce teams
• Serve as the point of contact for customer service regarding order status and product availability
• Monitor stock levels and flag inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage evergreen product availability
• Utilize OMS, WMS, and Shopify to troubleshoot and validate order data
• Generate reports on order volume, fulfillment rates, and key performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or logistics
• Proficiency in order management systems (OMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Linear
• Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce or retail environments
