E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the D2C e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain website content, navigation, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy
• Manage product catalogue updates, including product pages, descriptions, assets, and subscription setups
• Coordinate order, inventory, and fulfilment processes with internal teams and partners
• Execute on-site campaigns, including homepage and landing page updates, in collaboration with Marketing
• Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue
• Assist in the migration to a new e-commerce platform through testing and issue tracking
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate bug fixes with technical partners
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, including checkout and post-purchase experiences

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams
• Customer-centric mindset focused on improving user experience
