About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, store content, and merchandising across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa
- Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for visibility and conversion
- Monitor store performance metrics and conduct A/B tests to refine UX and layout
- Resolve marketplace tickets to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and returns
- Coordinate with customer service for prompt issue resolution
- Execute strategies to optimize conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Track and report on key KPIs and platform health metrics
- Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
- Perform monthly sales and transaction reconciliations across platforms
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute digital advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Nykaa
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and execute growth strategies
- Strong attention to detail for inventory and financial reconciliation
- Experience in competitor analysis and pricing strategy
