E-commerce Operations Lead

talentC is an early-stage, AI-first e-commerce company bringing great deals on consumer products — beauty, home, wellness, and more — to shoppers across the US. Our team is small, hands-on, and fast-moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of physical goods for the U.S. market
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, brokers, and inventory partners
• Evaluate product opportunities based on cost, margin, quality, resale potential, and operational complexity
• Own inventory tracking, purchase planning, stock visibility, and product handoff to sales channels
• Coordinate with 3PL, warehouse, shipping, and logistics partners
• Monitor key operational metrics including margin, inventory turnover, fulfillment cost, and supplier reliability
• Build simple, scalable, AI-first processes for purchasing, inventory management, fulfillment, and reporting
• Work closely with the founder on operational priorities and business execution

Requirements

• 3+ years in US e-commerce, physical consumer-goods, or dropshipping operations
• Real ownership of inventory and fulfillment experience
• Strong understanding of physical goods operations in the U.S. market
• Experience with 3PL management, including SLAs, receiving, returns, and cost negotiation
• Strong inventory and working-capital instincts
• Data fluency with ability to model P&L and work extensively in spreadsheets
• 0-to-1 builder mindset with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• AI-first mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools at work
