E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create product listings for Topps.com using PIM systems and Shopify
• Perform daily quality assurance checks on the website to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues by collaborating with engineering teams
• Analyze website data and customer behavior to optimize site functionality
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of promotional discounts and site-wide promotions
• Collaborate with order management and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless data transfer
• Monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and implement risk management tools
• Track site performance KPIs including load times, page views, and conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, management, or marketing
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and CMS, preferably Shopify
• Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, self-starter mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Akeneo and Amplitude
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian
