E-commerce & Merchandise Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Proton’s merch e-commerce strategy including positioning, pricing, and growth plans
• Lead end-to-end merch development from concept briefs and design direction to sampling and approvals
• Propose and run experiments such as pre-orders, waitlists, and limited-access drops
• Maintain high standards for quality, sustainability, and brand consistency across materials and packaging
• Own e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and retention
• Manage day-to-day shop operations including product setup, inventory hygiene, and fulfillment coordination
• Support internal stakeholders with merch stocking and production for events and conferences
• Build and maintain relationships with local vendors to optimize costs

Requirements

• 4+ years in e-commerce, merchandising, or DTC operations
• Proven track record owning an e-commerce channel end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with merch production workflows (sourcing, sampling, MOQs, QC)
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Experience with fulfillment logistics and customer support tooling
• Basic knowledge of design programs like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or InDesign
• Proven communication and copywriting experience for e-commerce content
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce and gifting for a fast-scaling tech or SaaS company
• Passion for privacy tech, mission-driven brands, and internet culture
• Proficiency in another European language
