• Mandatory experience working at Blinkit or Flipkart
• Proficiency in product listing and description optimization
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics
• Experience managing advertising budgets and pricing strategies
• Tech-savviness with marketplace dashboards and analytics software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred

• Prior experience in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry
