E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets (P&L ownership)
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon advertising campaigns, monitoring ROAS and ACOS
• Oversee product listings, SEO optimization, and content quality across all storefronts
• Develop pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and minimize stock-outs
• Lead and develop a team of marketplace specialists, establishing KPIs and performance standards
• Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and ensure marketplace compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketplace management experience with direct P&L ownership
• Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces within the UAE or GCC
• Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller platforms
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaign management and optimization
• Advanced Excel and marketplace analytics skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within consumer electronics, professional equipment, or technology categories
• Familiarity with Brand Registry, A+ Content, Vine, and DSP tools
• Experience managing multi-SKU catalogs and marketplace inventory
• Arabic language skills
