E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall e-commerce strategy and performance across Middle East markets.
• Manage and optimize the brand’s online store performance, customer journey, and conversion rates.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, AOV, conversion, and commercial KPIs.
• Develop and execute regional digital trade calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing, stock availability, and merchandising strategies online.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to align paid media, CRM, influencer campaigns, SEO, and social commerce initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve online performance and user experience.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and marketplace partners.
• Ensure website content, visuals, banners, and product pages are updated and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives connecting retail stores and e-commerce operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce, preferably in Fashion, Retail, or Lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in managing online trading performance and commercial KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
