E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Design the digital promotional strategy for the E-commerce channel aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to implement digital campaigns.
• Analyze promotion performance and adjust tactics to maximize results.
• Manage the assigned digital promotion budget and optimize its use.
• Supervise segmentation and targeting to ensure effective campaign reach.
• Collaborate with vendors and digital platforms to ensure correct promotional execution.
• Generate periodic performance reports and present results to management.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital promotions and E-commerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital promotional strategies, preferably in E-commerce.
• Experience in the Retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and integrated digital marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Intermediate English skills for communication with international teams.
• Ability to interpret data and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Availability to work onsite at the Samara Corporate office in Santa Fe, CDMX.
