E-Commerce Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily product exposure on .com and the mobile app to drive digital commercial growth.
• Manage day-to-day digital merchandising, including product ranking and the implementation of deals and discounts.
• Publish inspiring content in alignment with the marketing calendar and commercial priorities.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize navigation, search relevancy, and the end-to-end digital shopping journey.
• Partner with Commercial, Experience, and Customer Activation teams to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.
• Make real-time adjustments to digital merchandising based on performance data to secure optimal results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and analytical tools.
• Strong knowledge of online merchandising and User Experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to translate digital data and customer behavior insights into actionable commercial tactics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
