E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the Amazon promotional strategy by optimizing daily performance and projections
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Services and other Pure Player Vendor Managers
• Collaborate with media, content, brand, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
• Execute advanced assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions to optimize revenue
• Monitor sales performance and generate comprehensive reports to inform strategic decision-making
• Partner with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment
• Drive organic product ranking to increase traffic and conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sales, promotional management, or commercial account management for an ecommerce customer
• Proven ability to develop ecommerce 4P strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Amazon Vendor / Seller Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
