E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and support associates responsible for replenishing pick modules and ensuring accurate inventory stocking
• Oversee all picking activities using the 6RS Chuck system and RF Smart scanning
• Supervise resolution of incomplete or missing item orders to ensure timely closure
• Set performance expectations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and safety metrics
• Maintain warehouse management systems and troubleshoot inventory transaction issues
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory processes, and product quality monitoring
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards across the pick module and warehouse

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions including temperature changes and noise

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience
• 2–4 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or large retail environments
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (Lean principles)
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
