E-commerce Enable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ products, business models, and target markets to identify opportunities
• Recommend suitable e-commerce strategies, platforms, and go-to-market approaches
• Provide consultation on online selling, market expansion, and business development
• Support customers in improving product positioning, pricing, and sales performance
• Identify growth opportunities and propose relevant digital commerce solutions
• Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Monitor performance and optimize strategies to ensure customer success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce
• Direct experience working with an e-commerce enabler is required
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
