E-commerce & Digital Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage website, OTA, and third-party channel content for accuracy and brand excellence
• Create engaging, conversion-focused digital content, imagery, and promotional messaging
• Support digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, search, and social channels
• Optimise online presence to improve visibility, rankings, and guest conversion
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and digital KPIs using Google Analytics
• Support CRM and email marketing initiatives, including deployment and reporting
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to maximise distribution and pricing consistency
• Identify opportunities to improve the guest digital journey and increase direct revenue

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or hospitality marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media
• Experience working with website CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, E-commerce, or a related discipline
• A genuine passion for travel and luxury hospitality
