E-commerce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-impact features on the Shopify platform using Liquid, React, and Next.js
• Implement custom Shopify apps and extensions while optimizing for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
• Build and maintain backend integrations with third-party systems including ERP, WMS, PSP, and CRM
• Ensure data flow reliability for orders, stock, and payments
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code while participating in code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Managers and agile teams to propose technical solutions
• Debug and resolve incidents related to data exchanges and platform stability

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional web development experience
• Significant experience with Shopify (Liquid, themes, and apps)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or Next.js
• Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with third-party system integrations (e.g., ERP, PSP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
• Familiarity with software quality best practices, including unit testing and CI/CD
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality code
