E-commerce Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate the e-commerce team to ensure correct management of products, pricing, and promotions on digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze online store performance using key indicators to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage relationships with providers and technology platforms to ensure continuous operational improvements.
• Supervise order logistics and distribution to ensure efficient delivery times.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology departments to implement campaigns and platform enhancements.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding results, trends, and digital channel improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination or management.
• Proven experience in the retail or mass consumption sectors.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CMS, and CRM management.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM specifically for e-commerce.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and excellent negotiation skills.
