E-commerce Business Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic E-commerce projects, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery within agreed deadlines.
• Act as a focal point between Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth initiative flow.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and propose structured action plans.
• Support the development and implementation of improvements in the digital shopper journey.
• Ensure excellence in the execution of campaigns and activations with E-commerce platforms and key partners.
• Develop KPI monitoring routines and present results to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and act proactively to mitigate them.
• Implement processes and tools to increase the efficiency and scalability of digital initiatives.
• Map channel trends and provide relevant insights for the evolution of the online business.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Proven experience in Digital Trade, Digital Marketing, Commercial, or related areas.
• Previous experience in project management (strategic, digital, or cross-functional) with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Analytical skills for reading data, performance indicators, and making insight-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives with autonomy and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with E-commerce tools and platforms, including metrics such as traffic, conversion, assortment, and availability.
• Experience in managing relationships with large digital retailers or marketplaces.
