E-Commerce Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the promotional calendar and execute major campaigns to drive revenue and DTC user acquisition
• Assist in the transition from legacy platforms to scalable e-commerce systems to enhance user experience
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high platform performance and adherence to regional compliance
• Optimize the digital consumer journey from discovery to post-purchase retention using data and feedback
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute digital marketing and merchandising campaigns
• Analyze e-commerce metrics to provide actionable insights for business optimization
• Oversee the MLR approval process to ensure compliance with regional and industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or eCommerce role
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and data reporting
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
