E-Com Lead (Marketplaces)

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly sales planning across marketplace platforms, events, and customer segments.
• Align long-term and short-term strategic objectives with partner platforms.
• Plan and execute commercial launches and marketing initiatives in alignment with the commercial plan.
• Analyze sales data, search trends, and web analytics to derive insights and drive commercial performance.
• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation, Commercial, Logistics, and Global teams to drive sustainable growth and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce roles, specifically within the fashion retail industry.
• Proven experience managing digital marketplace accounts and understanding the total digital ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into concrete commercial actions.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion retail and regional market trends.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute complex plans and develop new ways of working.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
