Responsibilities

• Design and execute the D2C strategy and build the promotional calendar to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee day-to-day website functionality, including online merchandising, user experience, and stock forecasting.
• Manage and analyze key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion and bounce rates to provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities through conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, local agencies, and global counterparts to implement best-in-class digital presence.
