E-7 Military Airworthiness Review Surveyor (Mil AR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Military Airworthiness Reviews (Mil AR) for E7 Wedgetail aircraft in accordance with RA4970 series and RAF Publications
• Coordinate Mil AR activity by liaising with CAMO Planning and Part 145 Organisations to schedule and execute reviews
• Produce detailed reports for all required Mil ARs on the E7 Wedgetail
• Perform trending of Major and Minor findings and raise Quality Occurrence Reports (QORs) when necessary
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to the Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager (DCAM) and other stakeholders regarding airworthiness issues
• Support the development and implementation of the E7 Wedgetail Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME)
• Assist in the development of Continuing Airworthiness Management metrics and performance dashboards
• Support internal and external Quality Assurance activities, including MAA audits and corrective action plans
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections on E-7 aircraft

Requirements

• B737NG approved Type Rating or E7 Wedgetail Mechanical or Avionic “Q” course
• Compliance with RA4972 requirements for Military Airworthiness Review Surveyors
• Significant experience in Continuing Airworthiness
• Minimum of several years of experience in B737NG Air System Maintenance at a supervisory level
• Valid CAA Part 66 Category B or C license (or civilian equivalent)
• Ability to obtain United Kingdom Security Check clearance

• E7 Gen Fam (Managers Course)
• Continuing Airworthiness Management Skills for Defence (TT08)
• Understanding of Defence CAMO Regulations (TR75)
• Training in LIS (GOLDesp), Human Factors (HF), or EWIS
• Specialized training in E7 Wedgetail Structural Integrity, Propulsion Integrity, or Weight & Balance
