Dynatrace Support

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify system bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience.
• Configure Dynatrace to meet specific application and infrastructure needs.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integrate Dynatrace with other tools and systems for a holistic monitoring approach.
• Provide training and support to team members on effective Dynatrace usage.
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Continuously improve monitoring tools and strategies to enhance system reliability.

Requirements

• Computer science academic background is required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience with Dynatrace.
• Strong background in Application Performance Management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows Administration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification.
