Dynamics 365 Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Human Resources, Power Apps, Power Automate and Customer Engagement Apps
• Manage client engagement and lead workshops to define business requirements
• Capture requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or User Stories in Azure DevOps
• Lead Conference Room Pilots to showcase D365 solutions
• Create design documents for complex customizations and report modifications
• Perform data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities
• Oversee configuration and solutioning of D365
• Provide leadership for functional, integration, and automated testing
• Lead training for clients and internal team members
• Provide pre-sales support for D365 Envisioning and demonstrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science) or Information Technology
• Experience with cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP
• At least two full-cycle implementations
• 10+ years of implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP
• Microsoft certification in MB-310, MB-700, or MB-330
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Fluent conversational and written English
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
