Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process discovery, requirements analysis, and fit-gap analysis
• Design target-state business process flows for new and existing products and services
• Perform hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration, including forms, views, fields, and business rules
• Manage data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and data migration considerations
• Document comprehensive solution designs, including process flows, business rules, and dependencies
• Provide technical insight and guidance for UI/UX optimization
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, go-live, and Early Life Support (ELS)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and map current vs. future state processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Technical BA
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and Business Process Flows
• Expertise in business process mapping and solution design documentation
• Deep understanding of Dynamics data structures and data loading processes
• Demonstrated ability to support UI/UX requirements and deliver optimized user experiences
• Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through to post-go-live support
